Shipping

As you plan your purchases, please refer to this information to ensure that you receive your shipment on time and through your ideal ship method: 

• When items are in-stock, orders placed before 8am CT should ship out that same business day from our IL-based warehouse.
• Items ordered together with pre-order items will not ship separately and before the items on pre-order unless otherwise indicated.
• Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. 
• International orders are subject to unpredictable delays by customs, and are subject to security mandates, duties, and other fees upon receipt. 
• Please allow international orders a significant amount of flexibility in timeframe to receipt.
