Fyodor Dostoevsky
Fyodor Dostoevsky (1821–1881) was a giant of Russian literature and a devout Orthodox Christian. His passionately energetic, psychologically perceptive, and religiously profound novels and short stories—which include classics like Crime and Punishment, Notes from Underground, The Idiot, and The Brothers Karamazov—have rightfully earned him renown as one of the greatest fiction writers of all time.
